Get in shape in the water!
Water aerobics is a great workout in the pool for swimmers and non-swimmers to exercise without stress to the joints. This class has low-impact cardiovascular movements, muscular endurance and strength training exercises which makes it adaptable for adults of all ages. Our water aerobics class is intended for participants 18 years and older.
