Our water comes from 15 wells that draw water from three underlying groundwater basins (Colton / Rialto Basin, Bunkerhill Basin, and North Riverside Basin). The city has emergency connections with the City of San Bernardino and the Riverside Highland Water Company, West Valley Water District, and City of Riverside that can be activated if necessary.Water / Wastewater
