The Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (Santa Ana Water Board) is asking for your input on tentative Order R8-2024-0036 (Tentative Order), which will serve as the post closure Waste Discharge Requirements for Colton Sanitary Landfill, a closed class III non-hazardous municipal solid waste disposal facility located at 850 Tropica Rancho Road in the City of Colton.
The Santa Ana Water Board is accepting written comments on the Tentative Order through October 4, 2024 and considering adoption of the Tentative Order during its regular Board meeting held on October 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., at Inland Empire Utilities Agency, 6075 Kimball Ave, Chino, CA 91708, remote participation available). The attached Public Notice details how to submit written comments and participate in the Board meeting.
