The City of Colton continues to be concerned for the well-being of all our residents, visitors, businesses and City staff.

WATER & UTILITY BILLS
Customer Service counters are open to the public. The City of Colton has implemented safety standards to meet the CDC guidelines including the following: Social distancing with floor markers, hand sanitizer, and face coverings. Additionally, customers have many options available for payment of their utility bill:
• City of Colton - Customer Service Call Center Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm - 909-370-5555
• Pay online at the City of Colton website
• Pay by mail using the return envelope delivered to you in your monthly bill
• Call to make a Payment through the IVR phone system:
844-571-2896 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Pay by dropping your payment in the night drop box located at City Hall
• Pay at Larsons Pharmacy located at: 142 W. H Street in Colton CA, 92324
• Pay at City Hall using the payment kiosk – Cash, Check & Credit Cards
Public who are in need of counter service should use the phone that is hanging on the wall next to our front waiting room door and speak with our dispatchers to let them know what you need assistance with or call 909-370-5000.
We are also encouraging non-emergency crime reports be filed online or over the phone when at all possible to minimize exposure in order to prevent the spread of the virus.
As always, if you need to report an emergency or need medical attention, please call 9-1-1.

The Colton Fire Department is striving to continue to provide our customers with the best care possible. Please help us help you by taking the appropriate precautions by washing your hands with soap and warm water, covering your coughs and sneezes and staying away from large crowds when possible.

In the best interest of the Community, the City of Colton will be closing Community Centers, and Library Services until further notice.
All Reservations and Field permits have also been cancelled until further notice..
Out of an abundance of caution, all restrooms at City Parks are CLOSED until further notice.
If you visit a city park for fresh air, be sure to adhere to social distancing.
Please plan your visit accordingly and while out at parks — or anywhere in the community — practice social distancing.
Social distancing is the key to prevention and the City encourages all residents, employees and visitors to exercise responsible behavior and good personal hygiene. Persons 65 and older are encouraged to stay home and limit outside contact.
