Overview
The Water Department is responsible for delivering safe and dependable water supply for drinking, residential, commercial, irrigation, and industrial purposes to the residents and businesses within the City of Colton.
The city employs a dedicated team of water quality experts who are proactive in protecting and providing a reliable supply of quality water to all of our water customers. The water that flows through the system is tested on a routine basis for microbiological as well as chemical quality. The Water Department utilizes a variety of advanced technological processes to ensure a consistently high-quality water supply.
