The project will additionally incorporate a Customer Portal. City of Colton Water Utility Customers will have the ability to register their customer account to view their actual Water usage by hour, day, week or month. Customers will have the capability to set alerts for high usage/high flow, which could be an indication of a possible leak on the customer's side of the service. Attached is an example image of the Customer Portal.
Vanguard Utility Services will perform the installation of the electronic AMI reading units, at the water meter. Vanguard branded work vehicles will be working throughout the City, and in your neighborhoods.
The field installation, and software integration, is estimated to have a completion date of March 18, 2022.
